Made In The Shade

I’ll be heading to the capital this Saturday with Stella My Star for the Springtime Jamboree. We’ll be joined by mafia members Dazed Dorothy, Ding Dong Designs, Miso Funky, Much Too Fun, Rachael Albert and We Are The Robots and a host of other crafty types. I’m particularly looking forward to seeing the stalls of Angharad Jefferson, Lost in The Forest, Jennifer Nicolson, Paleface, Kitty and Dude, Lindsay Grime, Lizzy Stewart and, and…I could go on and on. For the full line-up, check the blog.

As well as over 30 stalls of handcrafted and vintage loveliness, there will be a performance by Piney Gir, an appearance from knitting super group the Dropped Stitches and a chance to get papped in the MITS Photobooth. Mafia member Michelle of Covetables is also treating the Edinburghers to a wee taste of heaven with a travelling version of Auntie M’s Cake Lounge – yum!

Look out for Hannah Zakari who will be giving the city dwellers a wee taste of what her shop will have on offer when it opens there in July!
